June 07, 2011

(Sacramento) – Assemblymember Ricardo Lara (D-Los Angeles) joined a majority of his fellow lawmakers in the State Assembly in supporting the California Dream Act (Assembly Bills 130 and 131). Assemblymember Lara told his colleagues that California's youth is the state’s most valuable resource and investing in their education will enhance the economy and create a quality workforce for the future.
