Woman History Month
 

March has been designated as Women's History Month and each year the California State Legislature encourages Legislators to highlight and honor deserving women for service to their community. If you know of inspiring, women of distinction and service in your community, I want to know about them. Please submit your nominees by Thursday, February 16, 2023.

Nomination Form

 

Open to all women who live in the 33rd Senate District: Bell, Bell Gardens, Cudahy, Florence Firestone, Huntington Park, Lakewood, Long Beach, Lynwood, Maywood, Paramount, Signal Hill, South Gate, Vernon and Walnut Park.

 

Please submit the nomination form and an attached biography no later than Thursday, February 16, 2023.

Please provide a biography of the nominee (200 words minimum). Include membership in organizations, past and present community service, any award or recognition and a brief statement about why you feel this woman is making a positive impact in her school, community, city, state and beyond.
