CalSavers Registration Deadline for Newly Mandated Employers

The CalSavers Retirement Savings Program was created by state law to ensure all California workers can save for retirement through automatic payroll contributions facilitated from their workplace. The State of California has launched the Early Incentive Campaign (EIC) to help newly mandated employers with 1–4 employees register early and avoid penalties. The deadline for eligible employers to register and start facilitating CalSavers is December 31, 2025. The sooner you register, the more time your employees will have to save and the more support that is available to you during the registration process. Plus, if you register and start facilitating by November 30, 2025 you’ll have a chance to win $500. For more information visit: https://www.calsavers.com
